ECB Members Shine in the MICHELIN Guide 2026
Estonia’s culinary scene continues to earn its place on the world map. Today, Michelin unveiled the fifth edition of The MICHELIN Guide Estonia — and with 43 recommended restaurants across the country, the guide confirms that the momentum is only building.
This year’s selection includes:
- 1 Two MICHELIN Star restaurant
- 1 One MICHELIN Star restaurant
- 9 Bib Gourmand restaurants
- 3 MICHELIN Green Star restaurants
Our Members in the Spotlight
Three ECB member restaurants earned their place in this year’s guide, and we couldn’t be prouder.
Fotografiska, Tallinn is once again the guide’s sustainability standard-bearer, picking up both a MICHELIN Green Star and a Bib Gourmand — and topping it off with the Young Chef Award for Gerli Travkin. Year after year, Fotografiska’s “Sustainable Pleasure” philosophy turns what could be a worthy-but-worthy concept into genuinely exciting, inventive dining.
Wicca at LaSpa in Laulasmaa is back in the main selection, doing what it does best: turning seasonal Estonian ingredients into something quietly extraordinary, just a short drive from the city.
Joyce at V Spa Hotel & Conference Centre in Tartu keeps its MICHELIN recommendation, flying the flag for Estonia’s second city with its signature mix of global flavour and Baltic warmth.
The Star Restaurants 2026: Estonia’s Finest Hold Their Ground
180° by Matthias Diether retains its Two MICHELIN Stars — an exceptional distinction, and one that places it among the most decorated restaurants in the entire Baltic and Nordic region. Named after the panoramic view from its U-shaped open kitchen, the restaurant sits within the beautifully regenerated Port Noblessner, a short walk from Tallinn’s UNESCO-listed Old Town. Ambitious, precise and deeply creative, it remains the gold standard of Estonian fine dining.
NOA Chef’s Hall holds onto its One MICHELIN Star for another year. Chef-Owner Tõnis Siigur’s bold, open-fire cooking — paired with a romantic aperitif lounge overlooking Tallinn Bay — continues to deliver one of the country’s most memorable dining experiences.
Bib Gourmand 2026: Great Food, Great Value
The 2026 Bib Gourmand list grows to nine restaurants, with three new additions: Fume, Fotografiska and Vesta — all in Tallinn — joining returning favourites Uma, Lore Bistroo, Mantel ja Korsten, Noa, Tuljak and Fellin (Viljandi).
