Individual arrivals to Tallinn.
Accommodation: Nordic Hotel Forum a modern 4* superior business and conference hotel that is located at the very heart of the capital of Estonia, at the prominent location on the edge of Tallinn’s Old Town. All the hotel rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated and provide comfort to the most demanding of guests. The eighth floor of the hotel features a leisure Centre with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, Finnish and steam saunas. Fully equipped gym is open for our hotel guests even 24h a day.

Wednesday, 9th of September, 2026
09:00 Meet the Estonian Convention Bureau colleagues at hotel conference centre, welcome & destination presentation
10:00 – 12:30 Walking Tour to get to know the world-famous Tallinn Old Town . Tallinn is famed for its impressive Old Town, one of the best-preserved medieval town centers in Europe. This centuries-old district of merchant houses, Gothic churches, winding lanes and other historical attractions is protected as a UNESCO World Heritage site. During the theatrical tour we will hear the legends of the city as well as get to experience some of them along the way.

Site visit to Medieval style Olde Hansa Restaurant. Restaurant Olde Hansa offers a medieval experience in the heart of the Old Town of Tallinn. It is the home of a rich merchant, whose guests enjoy delicious, authentic Hansa-era meals and drinks, authentic period music, and friendly service. All of the dishes on the menu, including the many wild game delicacies, are cooked using 15th-century recipes and methods.
12:30 – 15:30 Continue to Telliskivi Creative City, to meet local designers. It is one of the most unique places in Tallinn where old industrial heritage and contemporary creativity combine. Former factory buildings have gained new life as galleries, studios, cafés, and restaurants where art, design, music, and good food meet. The Creative City is known for its colorful murals, street art, and constantly changing exhibitions, which give the area a distinctive, creative atmosphere.

12:30 – 13:30 lunch at the popular restaurant F-hoone that is established in the imposing century-old industrial building is one of the phenomena of the Tallinn food scene. This family-friendly community meeting place at the Telliskivi Creative City attracts customers with its architectural grandeur, whimsical cuisine, and carefree and friendly atmosphere.
15:30 – 17:00 free time
17:00 Short Rotermann Quarter tour with entrance to Kalev Chocolate store Rotermann Quarter is one of Tallinn’s most dynamic districts, where historic industrial architecture meets contemporary design and a diverse range of high-level restaurants. Rotermann Quarter reflects the city’s dynamic transformation and entrepreneurial spirit. The walk includes a visit to the Kalev Chocolate store, a sweet introduction to Estonia’s beloved chocolate heritage.

17:40 Founder tour at PoCo Pop and Contemporary Art Museum PoCo is a bold and playful pop and contemporary art museum featuring works by globally recognised artists such as Warhol, Banksy, Koons and Basquiat. During our visit, we will enjoy a private tour with the Founder, gaining personal insight into the vision behind the museum and its standout pieces. The vibrant space offers a visually impactful setting for private events, receptions and creative side programmes that spark conversation and fresh thinking.
After the tour you will be able to hear the story of e-Estonia as Estonia is celebrated as the world’s most advanced digital society, offering innovative solutions such as i-voting, e-Residency, and digital signatures, among others. Linnar Viik, the founder of PoCo is also one of the key architects behind Estonia’s digital society. He played a central role in developing Estonia’s e-government and e-signature systems.

11:00 Transfer to Viru Bog

11:45- 13:00 Viru Bog Wilderness Experience
Step into a landscape shaped over thousands of years, where silence, open skies and untouched wilderness create a striking contrast to urban life. Walk along winding wooden boardwalks across the mystical bog or if you are brave enough try on the traditional bog shoes, designed to venture off-trail and glide over the soft peat surface. This immersive nature experience offers a refreshing reset in one of Estonia’s most iconic natural environments.
13:30 Pop-up Forest restaurant Experience the best of Estonia with breathtaking landscapes, authentic outdoor adventures, and rustic (yet delicious!) cuisine.

15:30 – 17:00 Free time to explore the city, relax and refresh at the hotel
17:00 transfer to Kadriorg Park and Palace
17:30 – 19:15 short tour of Kadriorg Park and Palace A baroque masterpiece built by Tsar Peter the Great of Russia as a summer residence, this palace now houses the Estonian Art Museum’s foreign art collection. Inspired by Italian villas, the venue is a prime example of Northern European baroque architecture. Its grandeur provides an exceptional setting for festive receptions and dinners.
19:30 – 22:00 Dinner at restaurant OKO, a popular beach restaurant on Haabneeme Beach in Viimsi. The restaurant is located by the sea, offering magnificent views of Tallinn Bay. The restaurant has three floors, from which you can see a wide-open view of the sea and beautiful sunsets.

09:00 – 12:30 Step Inside Tallinn’s Landmark Event Venues
Site visit of Cruise Terminal Tallinn’s award-winning Cruise Terminal is more than a port — it is a striking waterfront event venue. With capacity for up to 1,400 guests, floor-to-ceiling sea views and an 850-metre promenade connecting the harbour to the Culture Kilometer, the space combines Nordic design with sustainability. Powered by renewable energy and holding the Green Key label, it offers a modern and responsible setting for conferences, gala dinners and large-scale receptions.
Tallinn Creative Hub Once a boiler house for a historic power plant, Tallinn Creative Hub has been transformed into one of the city’s most distinctive event venues. Its 700-square-metre boiler room still contains two giant boilers, which played an important role in the history of Tallinn Power Plant. The protected industrial multi-functional complex now hosts conferences, exhibitions and large-scale productions in a setting where heritage meets contemporary creativity.
Estonian Maritime Museum Seaplane Harbour and Coffee break. The Seaplane Harbour is one of Northern Europe’s most spectacular event venues, housed in architecturally unique seaplane hangars. Surrounded by historic vessels — including the Lembit submarine — the space offers a powerful maritime atmosphere for gala dinners, receptions and exclusive evening events. A truly memorable setting where history meets contemporary event production.

Proto Invention Factory is located in the historic Noblessner Port Area, originally a submarine factory set up in 1912 by oil baron Emanuel Nobel (of the famed Nobel family) and businessman Arthur Lessner. The newly-decommissioned facilities have now been transformed into one of Tallinn’s most rapidly-developing commercial and leisure areas, and are particularly popular among organisers looking for an edgy, off-beat venue close to the city centre.
12:30 Farewell lunch at Lore Bistro nestled within the vibrant Noblessner waterfront district, Lore Bistro combines comforting classics with creative, globally inspired dishes designed for sharing — a warm and memorable finale to the programme.

- Please fill in the application link to register your interest of participation in the FAM trip to Estonia.
- The registration deadline is 22nd of June 2026.
- This registration is not a guaranteed participation. Unfortunately, the spots are limited, therefore, it might be the case we are not able to welcome you to Estonia this time. We will contact you latest by 1st of July, 2026 by email to confirm your participation.
Terms and Conditions
- This fam trip is fully hosted by Visit Estonia / Enterprise Estonia, including flight tickets, overnight accommodation, meals, transfers and the ground programme.
- Travel to and from the departure airport, travel insurance and extras are not included (mini bar, telephone calls, etc.)
- It is the participant’s own responsibility to arrange travel insurance that sufficiently covers the whole period of the fam trip.
- Due to the limited number of places, only one representative of each company can participate in the fam trip. For the same reason, accompanying persons cannot be accepted.
- We reserve the right to change or modify the programme
- Whilst every care will be taken to ensure your safety, Estonian Convention Bureau and Visit Estonia as well as all the other organisers involved in this trip are not responsible for any accident, injury, loss of personal property or food allergy reactions during the trip.
- If you have to cancel the trip and the flight ticket is already issued, you will be charged the cost of the flight ticket
- In case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the FAMtrip and in case of a no show, we are forced to charge 700 eur to cover all costs already made.
