09:00 Meet the Estonian Convention Bureau colleagues at hotel conference centre, welcome & destination presentation

09:30 – 12:00 Walking Tour to get to know the world-famous Tallinn Old Town . Tallinn is famed for its impressive Old Town, one of the best-preserved medieval town centers in Europe. This centuries-old district of merchant houses, Gothic churches, winding lanes and other historical attractions is protected as a UNESCO World Heritage site. During the theatrical tour we will hear the legends of the city as well as get to experience some of them along the way.

Site visit to Medieval style Olde Hansa Restaurant. Restaurant Olde Hansa offers a medieval experience in the heart of the Old Town of Tallinn. It is the home of a rich merchant, whose guests enjoy delicious, authentic Hansa-era meals and drinks, authentic period music, and friendly service. All of the dishes on the menu, including the many wild game delicacies, are cooked using 15th-century recipes and methods.

12:00 – 15:00 Continue to Telliskivi Creative City, to meet local designers. It is one of the most unique places in Tallinn where old industrial heritage and contemporary creativity combine. Former factory buildings have gained new life as galleries, studios, cafés, and restaurants where art, design, music, and good food meet. The Creative City is known for its colorful murals, street art, and constantly changing exhibitions, which give the area a distinctive, creative atmosphere.

12:00 lunch at the popular restaurant F-hoone that is established in the imposing century-old industrial building is one of the phenomena of the Tallinn food scene. This family-friendly community meeting place at the Telliskivi Creative City attracts customers with its architectural grandeur, whimsical cuisine, and carefree and friendly atmosphere.

15:00 – 16:45 free time

17:00 walking transfer to Kadriorg Park and Palace

17:30 – 19:15  short tour of Kadriorg Park and Palace A baroque masterpiece built by Tsar Peter the Great of Russia as a summer residence, this palace now houses the Estonian Art Museum’s foreign art collection. Inspired by Italian villas, the venue is a prime example of Northern European baroque architecture. Its grandeur provides an exceptional setting for festive receptions and dinners.

19:30 – 22:00 Dinner at restaurant OKO, a popular beach restaurant on Haabneeme Beach in Viimsi. The restaurant is located by the sea, offering magnificent views of Tallinn Bay. The restaurant has three floors, from which you can see a wide-open view of the sea and beautiful sunsets.

09:15 – 09:45 site visit to Swissotel Tallinn hotel that is located in one of the city centre’s tallest buildings, boasting impressive views of the city and the Baltic Sea. 238 elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites feature state-of-the-art technology and exclusive amenities and services that cater to the needs of any traveller. Meeting facilities include 7 meeting rooms.

09:45 Transfer to e-Estonia Briefing Centre

10:00 – 11:30 Estonia is celebrated as the world’s most advanced digital society, offering innovative solutions such as i-voting, e-Residency, and digital signatures, among others. Increasingly, groups are visiting Estonia to explore digital leadership, cutting-edge e-solutions, and its vibrant startup ecosystem. We will visit the e-Estonia Briefing Centre, that provides an in-depth overview of Estonia’s public e-solutions and introduces the tailor made programmes that are available for groups and events.

11:30 Transfer to Kõrvemaa recreation area. Known for its peaceful forests, scenic trails, and open landscapes, Kõrvemaa is one of northern Estonia’s top destinations for hiking and nature activities. Just a short trip from Tallinn, it offers the perfect opportunity to experience Estonia’s wild landscapes and natural beauty.

12:20 – 13:30 Light lunch at Kõrvemaa.

13:30 – 15:00 Short Retro Jeep Safari gives you hands-on self-driving experience for hunting checkpoints, testing off road racing and paper map reading skills along with communicating with your team to be the first over the finish line.

15:00 Transfer to Vihula Manor Country Club & Spa

16:00 – 17:00 arrival in Vihula. Welcome Golf cart tour and check in at Vihula Manor Country Club & Spa.Vihula Manor is a charming 16th century estate with two main manor house buildings, 27 other historical buildings and 50 hectares of beautiful parkland set alongside the Mustoja River in the Lahemaa National Park. 09:30 – 11:30 Bicycle tour (8 km in return) to  experience the untouched Estonian nature, white sandy beach and endless horizons.

11:30 Transfer to Tallinn

  • Please fill in the application link to register your interest of participation in the FAM trip to Estonia.
  • The registration deadline is 29th of June, 2026. 
  • This registration is not a guaranteed participation. Unfortunately, the spots are limited, therefore, it might be the case we are not able to welcome you to Estonia this time. We will contact you latest by 1st of July, 2026 by email to confirm your participation.

Terms and Conditions

  • This fam trip is fully hosted by Visit Estonia / Enterprise Estonia,  including flight tickets, overnight accommodation, meals, transfers and the ground programme.
  • Travel to and from the departure airport, travel insurance and extras are not included (mini bar, telephone calls, etc.)
  • It is the participant’s own responsibility to arrange travel insurance that sufficiently covers the whole period of the fam trip.
  • Due to the limited number of places, only one representative of each company can participate in the fam trip. For the same reason, accompanying persons cannot be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to change or modify the programme
  • Whilst every care will be taken to ensure your safety, Estonian Convention Bureau and Visit Estonia as well as all the other organisers involved in this trip are not responsible for any accident, injury, loss of personal property or food allergy reactions during the trip.
  • If you have to cancel the trip and the flight ticket is already issued, you will be charged the cost of the flight ticket
  • In case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the FAMtrip and in case of a no show, we are forced to charge 700 eur  to cover all costs already made.
