10:45-11:00 Walking Transfer to the Viru Gates

11:00-13:00 Walking Tour to get to know the world-famous Tallinn Old Town . Tallinn is famed for its impressive Old Town, one of the best-preserved medieval town centers in Europe. This centuries-old district of merchant houses, Gothic churches, winding lanes and other historical attractions is protected as a UNESCO World Heritage site. During the tour we will visit the main sights of the Old Town, hear about the legends of the city as well as get to experience some of them along the way:
Visit to Nunne Boutique Hotel is a place where history meets luxurious comfort. 13:00-14:30 Lunch at Medieval style Olde Hansa Restaurant. Restaurant Olde Hansa offers a medieval experience in the heart of the Old Town of Tallinn. It is the home of a rich merchant, whose guests enjoy delicious, authentic Hansa-era meals and drinks, authentic period music, and friendly service. All of the dishes on the menu, including the many wild game delicacies, are cooked using 15th-century recipes and methods.

16:00 Walking transfer to Rotermann Quarter.
16:15-17:30 Visit to the Nordic Hotel Forum, a modern 4* superior business and conference hotel that is located at the very heart of the capital of Estonia, at the prominent location on the edge of Tallinn’s Old Town. All the hotel rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated and provide comfort to the most demanding of guests. The eighth floor of the hotel features a leisure Centre with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, Finnish and steam saunas. Fully equipped gym is open for our hotel guests even 24h a day.
17:45-18:30 Founder tour at PoCo Pop and Contemporary Art Museum

10:00-11:30 Bog Shoe Walk Bring your sense of adventure and be ready to hike through the Viru bog. Visiting Estonia’s fascinating peat bogs is an absolute once-in-a-lifetime experience. These protected areas can be toured via wooden plank trails or by wearing specially developed bog-shoes to traverse the mushy, wet ground while also protecting the bog’s delicate ecosystem.
To make the adventure even more memorable, we’ll pause for a light picnic surrounded by the tranquil atmosphere and breathtaking scenery of the bog — a perfect moment to relax and recharge in nature’s unique beauty.
12:00 Drive back to Talllinn

16:15-16:45 Soviet-Style Transfer to Telliskivi Creative City. Step back in time on the most unforgettable transfer in Tallinn! Meet your “KGB officer,” climb aboard an authentic Soviet bus, and enjoy a fun-filled ride with quirky stories, vintage vibes, and a touch of Soviet absurdity. An entertaining journey that proves getting from A to B can be an experience in itself.
16:45-20:00 Exploring the bohemian vibes of Tallinn at Telliskivi Creative City . Telliskivi Creative City is situated in a former industrial complex in Tallinn, now home to galleries, small shops, various creative companies, start-ups, and restaurants. This historic factory area has been transformed into a vibrant shopping and dining hotspot, making it a popular destination for culturally oriented residents of Tallinn as well as visitors and travelers.

During the tour you can get creative by making your own leather bracelet with Stella Soomlais Design Studio designers. Stella Soomlais is a leather designer from the younger Estonian generation. She makes leather bags and accessories with a minimalist aesthetic. Discover the art of crafting yourself as well! Also we hear the secrets of craft gin making together with tasting at the Juniperium Gin Distillery.
20:00 Visit to Fotografiska Tallinn and dinner at Fotografiska Restaurant & Rooftop Garden
The Tallinn branch of a cutting-edge, Stockholm-based photography museum is a crossroads of world-class art, food and entertainment. Fotografiska restaurant is a culinary destination where sustainability, seasonality, and a profound respect for local territory are at the core of its philosophy. Tallinn Creative Hub Conference Center
This industrial-looking historic building used to be a boiler house for a power plant and its 700-square-metre boiler room still contains two giant boilers, which played an important role in the history of Tallinn Power Plant. Parts of the complex – the boiler house, the gas storage, the trestle, and the brick chimney – are under protection as cultural heritage. Today, Tallinn Creative Hub operates as a multifunctional event centre, where different concerts, exhibitions, conferences, and workshops take place.

Estonian Maritime Museum Seaplane Harbour The Seaplane Harbour is home to Tallinn’s unique seaplane hangars, as well as the historic Lembit submarine, numerous boats, yachts, and naval artillery. In 2012, the facility opened as the most exciting maritime museum in Northern Europe. The indoor venue is available for rent for conference gala dinners, receptions and other events.
Proto Invention Factory & Nobel Hall
Proto Invention Factory is located in the historic Noblessner Port Area, originally a submarine factory set up in 1912 by oil baron Emanuel Nobel (of the famed Nobel family) and businessman Arthur Lessner. The newly-decommissioned facilities have now been transformed into one of Tallinn’s most rapidly-developing commercial and leisure areas, and are particularly popular among organisers looking for an edgy, off-beat venue close to the city centre.

12:00-13:30 Farewell lunch at Lore Bistro in Noblessner area. Lore Bistro, nestled within the vibrant community of Noblessner’s historic shipyard, is a true culinary delight. Their menu beautifully marries comforting classics with creative, globally-inspired dishes perfect for sharing, ensuring every bite is a flavorful adventure.

- The registration deadline is 14th of July, 2026.
- This registration is not a guaranteed participation. Unfortunately, the spots are limited, therefore, it might be the case we are not able to welcome you to Estonia this time. We will contact you latest by 20th of July, 2026 by email to confirm your participation.
Terms and Conditions
- This fam trip is fully hosted by Visit Estonia / Enterprise Estonia, including flight tickets, overnight accommodation, meals, transfers and the ground programme.
- Travel to and from the departure airport, travel insurance and extras are not included (mini bar, telephone calls, etc.)
- It is the participant’s own responsibility to arrange travel insurance that sufficiently covers the whole period of the fam trip.
- Due to the limited number of places, only one representative of each company can participate in the fam trip. For the same reason, accompanying persons cannot be accepted.
- We reserve the right to change or modify the programme
- Whilst every care will be taken to ensure your safety, Estonian Convention Bureau and Visit Estonia as well as all the other organisers involved in this trip are not responsible for any accident, injury, loss of personal property or food allergy reactions during the trip.
- If you have to cancel the trip and the flight ticket is already issued, you will be charged the cost of the flight ticket
- In case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the FAMtrip and in case of a no show, we are forced to charge 700 eur to cover all costs already made.
