Hilton Tallinn Park features 202 spacious guest rooms with panoramic views over the city and the Baltic Sea. 13:25 – 15:00 Site visit of Radisson Collection Hotel and lunch at MEKK Restaurant
Radisson Hotel Group has brought its luxury lifestyle brand to Estonia with the opening of Radisson Collection Hotel. 17:00 – 19:30 Theatrical Walking Tour to get to know the world-famous Tallinn Old Town
Tallinn is famed for its impressive Old Town, one of the best-preserved medieval town centers in Europe. This centuries-old district of merchant houses, Gothic churches, winding lanes and other historical attractions is protected as a UNESCO World Heritage site. During the tour we will visit the main sights of the Old Town, hear about the legends of the city as well as get to experience some of them along the way:

09:00 – 12:30 Step Inside Tallinn’s Landmark Event Venues

Site visit of Cruise Terminal Tallinn’s award-winning Cruise Terminal is more than a port — it is a striking waterfront event venue. With capacity for up to 1,400 guests, floor-to-ceiling sea views and an 850-metre promenade connecting the harbour to the Culture Kilometer, the space combines Nordic design with sustainability. Powered by renewable energy and holding the Green Key label, it offers a modern and responsible setting for conferences, gala dinners and large-scale receptions.

Tallinn Creative Hub Once a boiler house for a historic power plant, Tallinn Creative Hub has been transformed into one of the city’s most distinctive event venues. Its 700-square-metre boiler room still contains two giant boilers, which played an important role in the history of Tallinn Power Plant. The protected industrial multi-functional complex now hosts conferences, exhibitions and large-scale productions in a setting where heritage meets contemporary creativity.

Estonian Maritime Museum Seaplane Harbour  and Coffee break. The Seaplane Harbour is one of Northern Europe’s most spectacular event venues, housed in architecturally unique seaplane hangars. Surrounded by historic vessels — including the Lembit submarine — the space offers a powerful maritime atmosphere for gala dinners, receptions and exclusive evening events. A truly memorable setting where history meets contemporary event production.

Proto Invention Factory  is located in the historic Noblessner Port Area, originally a submarine factory set up in 1912 by oil baron Emanuel Nobel (of the famed Nobel family) and businessman Arthur Lessner. The newly-decommissioned facilities have now been transformed into one of Tallinn’s most rapidly-developing commercial and leisure areas, and are particularly popular among organisers looking for an edgy, off-beat venue close to the city centre.

12:30 Farewell lunch at Lore Bistro nestled within the vibrant Noblessner waterfront district, Lore Bistro combines comforting classics with creative, globally inspired dishes designed for sharing — a warm and memorable finale to the programme.

  • Registration is open until 5th of March 2026.
  • This registration is not a guaranteed participation. Unfortunately, the spots are limited, therefore, it might be the case we are not able to welcome you. We will contact you by email latest on 12th of March to confirm your participation. Preference will be given to planners with potential for hosting meetings or business events in Estonia.

Terms and Conditions

  • This fam trip is fully hosted by Visit Estonia / Enterprise Estonia,  including flight tickets, overnight accommodation, meals, transfers and the ground programme.
  • Travel to and from the departure airport, travel insurance and extras are not included (mini bar, telephone calls, etc.)
  • It is the participant’s own responsibility to arrange travel insurance that sufficiently covers the whole period of the fam trip.
  • This registration is not a guaranteed participation. Unfortunately, the spots are limited, therefore, it might be the case we are not able to welcome you.
  • Due to the limited number of places, only one representative of each company can participate in the fam trip. For the same reason, accompanying persons cannot be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to change or modify the programme
  • Whilst every care will be taken to ensure your safety, Estonian Convention Bureau and Visit Estonia as well as the other organisers involved in this trip are not responsible for any accident, injury, loss of personal property or food allergy reactions during the trip.
  • We will share your organisation and contact details with our partners so they can reach out to you after the FAMtrip. Please let us know  before the FAMtrip if you have any objections.
  • If you have to cancel the trip and the flight ticket is already issued, you will be charged the cost of the flight ticket
  • In case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the FAMtrip and in case of a no show, we are forced to charge 700 eur  to cover all costs already made.
