Pop-Up Forest Dinner
Bring your group together for a multi-course dinner in the Estonian countryside. Maitsemaa creates pop-up dining experiences in outdoor locations across Estonia, from woodland settings and spots beside a bog to the end of a hiking trail.
For conference social programmes, incentive trips and team outings, the dining location can be planned around the day’s itinerary. Choose from the team’s suggested settings or discuss a suitable location for your group.
Outdoor cooking and local flavours
Chefs prepare the food on site using grills, woks and live fire. Menus draw on Estonian and seasonal ingredients wherever possible, with herbs from Maitsemaa’s own garden adding the finishing touches.
The meal is served as several courses, giving your group time to settle in, enjoy the food and spend an evening together outdoors.
Combine dinner with an outdoor activity
Round off a canoeing or kayaking trip with dinner, or gather your group around the table after a fat-bike ride. The meal can also complement a guided bog walk, an orienteering challenge or an afternoon of outdoor team games. In winter, pair it with snowshoeing, kicksledding or a lantern-lit walk to create an evening programme in nature.
