Tallinn Conference Ambassador Club Explores PROTO Invention Factory
At the end of October, the Tallinn Conference Ambassador Club gathered for a special visit to the PROTO Invention Factory. The event offered participants a closer look at what the Estonian Convention Bureau does and how we support event organisers, as well as an introduction to the many ways PROTO can serve as a unique venue for different event formats.
Guests also had the chance to team up for an engaging game, Adventures in the Maze of Inventions, sample delicious treats from the PROTO kitchen, and test their own skills with the interactive exhibits.
PROTO Invention Factory as an Event Venue
Located in a historic and inspiring setting, PROTO Invention Factory offers a wide range of possibilities for hosting events. The main exhibition hall (1,245 m²) can accommodate up to 600 guests for a standing reception or 250 guests for a gala dinner. For smaller, more intimate gatherings, the Pantera Hall (266 m²) is ideal for up to 140 participants.
In addition, there are classrooms and other flexible spaces suitable for seminars, workshops or smaller meetings. The rooms can be tailored to fit your needs — whether that means a stage and dance floor or a cosy lounge area. The only limit is imagination! During the event, guests can also enjoy PROTO’s interactive exhibits, adding a playful and memorable touch to any occasion.
About the Conference Ambassador Club
The Conference Ambassador Club is an initiative of the Estonian Convention Bureau that brings together active Estonian professionals and academics interested in hosting international conferences and collaboration projects in Estonia.
The aim of the Club is to inspire and support conference organisers in bringing their events to Estonia. Members are regularly invited to interesting events and site visits that showcase new venues, unique social programmes, and expert insights into successful event organisation. Participants gain new knowledge, share experiences, and build valuable connections within the community.
The Club operates in two cities — Tallinn and Tartu — with events held locally for each group.
