Secure Your Spot: Registration Open for the Finnish Agencies’ FAM Trip 2026
The Estonian Convention Bureau together with Visit Estonia is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the Finnish Event Agencies’ FAM Trip to Tallinn, taking place on 25–27 March 2026.
Designed specifically for Finnish event planners and agencies, the FAM trip will showcase Tallinn as a leading meetings and conference destination in the Baltic region. Located just 80 kilometres from Helsinki, Tallinn combines easy accessibility with a diverse portfolio of conference venues, unique event spaces, high-quality restaurants and creative side programmes for corporate groups.
While many Finnish professionals are already familiar with Tallinn as a leisure destination, this curated visit focuses on the city from an event planner’s perspective. The programme highlights new event venues, innovative group activities, distinctive restaurant concepts and emerging districts that are shaping Tallinn’s meetings and incentives landscape in 2026.
Unlike traditional site inspections centred on meeting hotels, this FAM trip emphasises fresh ideas for conferences, team events and incentive programmes. Participants will gain first-hand insight into how Tallinn’s different districts offer varied settings for events, from historic surroundings to modern creative hubs. Accommodation will be at the newly opened Novotel Tallinn, reflecting the city’s continuous hotel development.
The fully hosted programme includes ferry tickets between Helsinki and Tallinn, accommodation, meals and a comprehensive ground programme organised by Visit Estonia.
Finnish event agencies are invited to explore how Tallinn can support conferences, corporate meetings, incentive travel and group events in 2026 and beyond. Registration is open until 4 March 2026.
