Restaurant NOHO presents a refined Japandi-inspired concept, combining Japanese and Scandinavian flavours with a focus on fresh, local ingredients and seasonal produce.

LEISURE CENTER
Located on the eighth floor, the Leisure Center offers panoramic views over Tallinn’s historic Old Town and the Rotermann Quarter.
