Tallinn supports six international conferences with nearly €186,000

Tallinn is allocating nearly €186,000 to support six international conferences through the first round of its 2026 conference grant scheme, helping bring high-level international events and delegates to the city.

The supported events include:

  • Estonian Defence Industry Symposium 2026: Next in Defence – Autonomy, Space & Industrial Readiness
  • CORE Summit 2026
  • JCI Estonia Annual Conference BRIDGE
  • Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event 2026
  • World Congress of Science and Factual Producers
  • FutureLaw 2026

The grant aims to strengthen Tallinn’s position as an international conference destination, boost business tourism and increase the wider economic impact of events held in the city. The maximum support per conference is up to €35,000, one of the highest support rates among neighbouring capitals.

Tallinn has also updated the grant conditions to make the scheme more flexible for organisers, encourage events outside the peak season and open the door to a broader range of international conferences. The next application deadlines in 2026 are 25 May and 28 September.
