Registration Open: Meet Estonia 2026 FAM Trip for European Meeting and Event Planners

The Estonian Convention Bureau, in cooperation with Visit Estonia, has opened registration for the Meet Estonia 2026 FAM Trip, taking place in Tallinn, Estonia, from 21–24 April 2026.

This exclusive familiarisation trip is tailored specifically for European meeting planners, conference organisers and corporate event professionals who are looking for new and innovative meeting destinations in Northern Europe. The programme showcases Estonia as a compact, sustainable and digitally advanced conference destination, ideal for corporate meetings, international conferences and incentive events.

Discover Tallinn – A Leading Meeting Destination in Northern Europe

Tallinn combines a UNESCO-listed medieval Old Town with cutting-edge digital infrastructure and contemporary event venues. As one of Northern Europe’s most dynamic meeting destinations, the city offers planners a unique blend of history, innovation and accessibility.

During the four-day FAM trip, participants will gain first-hand experience of Estonia’s diverse meetings and events ecosystem, including:

  • Site inspections of unique event venues in Tallinn, from historic landmarks to modern creative hubs

  • Visits to leading conference hotels and meeting facilities

  • Introduction to incentive activities and social programmes

  • Tastings of modern Nordic cuisine with local character

  • Networking opportunities with trusted Estonian DMCs, venues and event suppliers
