PART Spa Hotel – a new conference venue for Pärnu
A new destination is taking shape on the Pärnu beachfront, designed for both leisure and business events. PART Spa Hotel opens in autumn 2027, bringing 210 rooms, flexible conference facilities and one of Estonia’s first fully immersive 360° event spaces.
The conference centre is built to flex across event sizes. Smaller rooms accommodate up to 16 people, medium rooms up to 84, and the largest hall seats up to 583 guests, including balcony seating, with the option to divide it into smaller sections depending on the format.
The standout, though, is the Part Gallery – a 360° immersive space for up to 144 guests, where presentations and dinners become something else entirely. The room adapts from theatre-style presentations to full banquet setups, giving planners a panoramic, interactive space to shape around their event.
Once the working day is done, guests can head to Spart Club – a fireside lounge by day, a DJ-fuelled party spot by night. The team behind PART is clear about its focus. Rather than chasing the summer season, the hotel is built with the quieter, greyer months in mind, making it a strong option for conferences and incentive trips well beyond the beach season.
PART Spa Hotel is already welcoming early enquiries for conferences and other events ahead of its 2027 opening. We’re looking forward to seeing what this addition brings to Estonia’s growing line-up of venues.
