Five ECB Member Restaurants Were Recognized By Michelin

We are proud to announce that five of our member restaurants were recognized by Michelin and awarded with being on the White Guide Recommendation list.

FotografiskaLocated in the trendy hipster district of Telliskivi in Tallinn, Fotografiska is an international photo museum where world-class photography, honest and delicious food and an open mindset meet. The Fotografiska team are committed to providing good quality sustainable food, in line with the season, with locality and seasonality being an emphasis for the restaurant. They pride themselves on creating great tasting dishes that are zero waste.

Horisont – Tallinn’s “highest” standard of culinary experience is located on the 30th floor of Swissotel in Tallinn. The fine dining restaurant Horisont is best described as a restaurant with classically known flavours full of added twists and details to keep you surprised. The inspiration for the menu came from French cuisine, with the added complexity of Asian flavour.

Tchaikovsky – Restaurant Tchaikovsky at the Telegraaf Hotel in Tallinn presents a bold and modern combination of French tastes, Russian traditions, and Estonian ingredients. They focus on celebrating food and music. Just as a symphony is separated into movements, each with its own tempo and mood, so is a remarkable meal. And when food and music are properly paired, they make for the experience of a lifetime.

Wicca – Laulasmaa’s Hotel LaSpa features a gourmet restaurant named Wicca, offering a balanced and healthy selection of dishes, combining traditional Nordic flavours with the best of the latest cuisine trends. Every dish is prepared with locally farmed or foraged ingredients and each dish features a healthy amount of Estonian love and care.

Joyce – Joyce is a restaurant located in Tartu’s only spa hotel VSpa and is known as being one of the most creative restaurants in Estonia. Their ethos is to give Joy through an excellent culinary experience, more specifically, joy from masterful taste sensations which has become a definite value of theirs. Due to the many choices on the menu, the word ‘choice’ also forms part of the restaurant’s name.
