Hosted at Toiduakadeemia (Food Academy), this interactive cooking experience turns a meal into a memorable event. Under the guidance of professional chefs, participants work in teams to prepare a multi-course dinner, learning new skills, sharing laughs, and enjoying the results together around one table. A perfect finale to a conference day, incentive programme, or client event.
Short on time? A shorter lunch-time cooking workshop with a simplified menu is also available – ideal for tight schedules without compromising the experience.
How it works
The experience begins with a warm welcome from the chef and an introduction to the menu. Participants are divided into teams, with each group responsible for preparing one course of the meal. Chefs guide the process throughout, ensuring everything runs smoothly – from chopping to plating.
Once cooking is complete, everyone gathers to enjoy the dishes they’ve created together. No need to worry about logistics or clean-up – everything is taken care of.
The venue
Located in central Tallinn, Toiduakadeemia offers three modern event spaces accommodating up to 70 guests, making it ideal for corporate groups and international delegations. During summer, events can also be hosted at their seasonal venue at the Estonian Open Air Museum, offering a charming and inspiring setting for larger groups.
