The hall is distinguished by the impressive stained-glass artwork Television is a Window to the World by renowned Estonian artist Dolores Hoffmann, creating a setting that is both functional and visually striking.

For receptions, networking events and private celebrations, guests can move to the panoramic observation level 170 metres above ground, where floor-to-ceiling views provide a spectacular backdrop for any occasion. The TV Tower Restaurant on the 22nd floor further enhances the experience, offering private lunches, dinners and cocktail receptions accompanied by sweeping views across the city and coastline.

In addition to hosting events, the TV Tower offers a range of memorable side programmes for groups. Participants can take on the popular Stair Climb Challenge, ascending 870 steps to the observation deck, or experience the adrenaline-filled Edge Walk, which takes visitors onto the outer edge of the tower at a height of 175 metres. Guided tours and interactive experiences are also available, adding an extra dimension to meetings and events.
