The fully renovated National Library is a forward-looking meeting place that, in addition to the traditional library, offers an impressive event infrastructure. As an event center, the National Library is suitable for hosting conferences, seminars, cultural events, and receptions. The center offers modern and flexible room solutions and an inspiring environment, combining historical heritage with modern comfort. The renewed National Library will have a total of 58 reservable rooms with various functions, totaling 773 seats. The largest hall can accommodate up to 300 people. Events can be organized in more than 14,000 square meters—this is a space for creativity, knowledge, and collaboration.

RaRa will open its doors to visitors in May 2027, but it will be possible to organize conferences and events in the building starting from September 2025.

Event Spaces

Conference Hall
Located on the first floor, the conference hall offers an excellent opportunity for hosting larger events, accommodating up to 300 people in theater-style seating. The 419 m² hall includes a stage, balconies, tiered seating, and support rooms.

Tower Hall
Located on the eighth floor, the Tower Hall provides a spacious and versatile environment for various events. The room has a total area of 254 m², with four back rooms and a 123 m² gallery area, allowing flexible solutions. The eighth floor is easily accessible by elevator from the National Library’s lobby, near the main entrance. The eighth and seventh floors are connected areas that can be jointly rented for events.

City View Hall
Located on the seventh floor, the City View Hall can host up to 80 people, offering a spacious and cozy atmosphere. The 179 m² room is suitable for private events and receptions. In addition to renting the indoor café area, there is the possibility of using the terrace, which makes the event particularly memorable.

Foyer
With its impressive area of 426 m², the foyer is an ideal place for parties, receptions, and corporate events. The space offers historical charm and a unique atmosphere, as it rises through five floors.

Training and Classroom
Located on the third floor, the training and classroom is perfect for seminars, workshops, and training sessions. The 73 m² room offers various seating arrangements: theater-style for up to 50 people, classroom or group table style for up to 30 people, and U-shape for up to 20 people.

Meeting Rooms
The meeting rooms are located on the second floor of the National Library, on either side of the foyer. Both rooms are distinguished by their unique dome windows.

Rooftop Terrace with City View
The terrace is on the seventh floor and offers stunning views of Tallinn, making it ideal for outdoor receptions and smaller cocktail events.

Small Conference Hall
The small conference hall, located on the sixth floor, is an ideal venue for smaller seminars, meetings, or concerts, offering 391 m² of space. The seating can be arranged in various styles: theater-style for up to 100 people, classroom style for 52 people, group tables for 46 people, and U-shape for up to 24 people. Additionally, the room opens to a balcony with beautiful views of Tallinn.

360° Terrace
The terrace, located on the sixth floor, offers panoramic views of Tallinn and is perfect for outdoor receptions and smaller cocktail events. On the sixth floor, it’s possible to walk around the building and view Tallinn from different directions. The terrace is also wheelchair accessible, ensuring access for all guests. The terrace can be rented together with the small conference hall, allowing for a spacious area for larger events.

Theatre Hall
The Theatre Hall is located on the –1 floor, directly below the conference hall, and offers an excellent opportunity for hosting larger events, accommodating up to 70 people in theater-style seating. The 139 m² hall includes a stage, tiered seating, and support rooms.
