This innovative dining adventure takes you on a captivating journey through the diverse landscapes of Estonia. From deep forests to mysterious bogs, tranquil farmyards to encounters with mythical creatures like “kratt,” the experience offers surprises at every turn. Amidst sensory wonders, rest assured that you’ll return safely to your table, or will you?
The centerpiece of the evening is a meticulously crafted 4-course chef’s menu inspired by Estonian flavors and culinary traditions. Each bite is a masterpiece, blending local and seasonal ingredients in a symphony of taste and visual delight. The PROTO chef’s artistry shines as they expertly fuse techniques and arts, leaving an indelible mark of fresh, local flavors.
Vegetarian options are available for those with specific preferences.
