Our New Marketing Assistant
We are delighted to welcome Monica Mustjõgi to the ECB team as our new marketing assistant, starting May 1st. In her role, Monica will help out with a variety of marketing tasks, including organizing fam trips and marketing events, managing social media accounts and content creation, designing our newsletters and promotional materials, and responding to inquiries.
Monica holds a degree in Interior Architecture from the Estonian Academy of Arts and has expanded her knowledge in digital marketing and psychology. Previously, she worked as a marketer and order coordinator at Psühhobuss. This spring she also received an opportunity to participate in the Jolos internship program. Monica describes herself as: “Diligent and dedicated, always aiming to achieve high-quality results. I welcome challenges and believe that we grow the most through difficult situations. Decision to join the ECB team was due to the interest in exploring and introducing different event organizing possibilities in Estonia to global organizers. I think Estonia has a lot to offer and such collaborations are mutually enriching.”
We believe that Monica’s fresh perspective in the conference sector as well as her solid background in design and content creation will greatly complement the ECB team. She will undoubtedly be an excellent partner to our members. Monica’s email address is: monica.mustjogi@ecb.ee.
