Viimsi Artium is easily accessible from Tallinn city center by public transport (bus line No. 1), with the Karulaugu bus stop located right in front of the building.

Viimsi Artium features a wide range of halls and unique venues, from large-scale event spaces to intimate settings, both indoors and outdoors.

• The Large Hall: Perfect for conferences, galas, and concerts. Seats up to 420 guests in theatre style or 600 standing. Equipped with state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and video technology.

• The Chamber Hall: An elegant setting for concerts, seminars, or formal dinners. Accommodates 120 guests in theatre style, 110 with trestle tables, or 72 gala style. Outfitted with professional sound, lighting, and presentation technology.

• Blackbox: A highly flexible space ideal for seminars, concerts, parties, or receptions. Holds up to 120 guests in theatre style or 300 standing.

• Foyer: With its distinctive design, two bridges doubling as DJ stages or balconies, the foyer is perfect for parties, receptions, or concerts. Available as a standalone venue or combined with other halls. Accommodates 275 with trestle tables or 400–600 standing.

• Outdoor Terrace: Surrounded by natural beauty, this terrace borders the Karulaugu health trail and Lubja cliff conservation area. Features electricity, outdoor toilets, and a backstage area. Load capacity: 500 kg/m².

• The Contemporary Art Gallery: A unique two-story gallery built into a former military fuel tank—an architectural highlight. The first floor accommodates 90 guests in theatre style or 120 standing, while the second floor holds 30 guests with access to a circular balcony offering breathtaking views.
