How it works

The evening begins with Wine Poker, a light-hearted blind wine tasting led by a professional sommelier. Guests sample a selection of wines and try to identify grape varieties, regions, or styles. Correct answers earn poker chips, and by the end of the game, the group’s top wine detective is revealed. No prior wine knowledge is required – curiosity is enough.

Following the game, guests are invited to the table to enjoy a multi-course private dinner prepared by Toiduakadeemia’s chefs. The dinner offers a relaxed setting to savour flavours, exchange impressions, and continue conversations sparked during the tasting.

For groups looking for a more hands-on experience, light participation in the kitchen can also be arranged on request.
