SOKOS HOTEL VIRU

The Sokos Hotel Viru is located in the very heart of Tallinn, right at the gates of its medieval Old Town. The hotel, which has one of the longest traditions among hotels in Estonia, has a colourful history dating back to the year 1972. The building of the Hotel Viru was the first skyscraper in Estonia and has become one of the city’s symbols and an inseparable part of the legendary silhouette of Tallinn.

Since 2003 the hotel has been a member of the Sokos group, the biggest hotel chain in Finland. According to the well-known European magazine Reader’s Digest, it is the most trusted hotel chain in Finland and therefore earned the Trusted Brand 2008 label.
