Registration Now Open for 'Meet Estonia 2010' Fam Trip

Registration is now open for the 'Meet Estonia 2010' hosted buyers event, which will take place in Tallinn May 5 – 7.

The first of its kind, the project entails having 50 professional event organisers from all parts of Europe visit Tallinn, where they'll be introduced to what Estonia has to offer as a meeting destination and meet key operators in the Estonian market.

The programme includes excursions through Tallinn's famous Old Town, a nighttime tour of the city's 'haunted houses', and a traditional village-style party, as well as site visits to conference venues and a workshop with local convention bureaus, conference hotels, DMCs and PCOs. Separate programmes will be set up for buyers interested in incentive companies, associations and PCOs.

Participants will also have the option of taking a post-event tour of Estonia's university town Tartu or Lahemaa National Park.

The trip is organised jointly by the Estonian Convention Bureau and the Estonian Tourist Board.

Participant costs for flights, accommodation, meals and post trips will be covered by the Meet Estonia organisers. The deadline for registration is March 1.

Full details and an online registration form for Meet Estonia 2010 can be found at: http://www.ecb.ee/page/meet-estonia-2010.
