As of June, the ECB has a new member – La Pub Conference Bureau, a full-service event organiser based in Estonia's main university town of Tartu.
Since opening in 2006, La Pub Conference Bureau has been working mainly on meetings for the medical and health care fields.
The company grew out of a marketing agency, so its project managers are not only experienced at putting together entertaining events, they're also experts in producing marketing and sales materials and communicating with the media.
The team's working languages are Estonian, English, Russian and Swedish.
The Estonian Convention Bureau is a non-profit organisation established jointly by public and private sector bodies. It was established in March 2008 in order to attract international conventions to Estonia. The bureau's 23 members include the cities of Tallinn and Tartu, the national carrier Estonian Air, and a number of DMCs, PCOs and hotels.
