Estonian Convention Bureau publishes a new promotional brochure “MEET ESTONIA”
The Estonian Convention Bureau has published an extensive brochure promoting the country as a fascinating, new conference and meeting destination.
Aimed at a broad spectrum of organisations who may consider holding events in Estonia, the 20-page, A4 publication highlights the practical advantages offered by this small, tech-savvy nation and showcases its historical and natural attractions. The material also introduces Estonia's two main conference cities: Tallinn and Tartu and includes supplementary sheets giving floor plans and other details of individual conference venues.
“I hope that this helps and encourages groups to have their meetings in Estonia. We have so much to offer,” said ECB's Managing Director, Riine Tiigi. “And most importantly, as one of the smallest countries in the EU, Estonia is incredibly convenient and hassle-free. There is no other capital city in Europe where the international airport is just 10 minutes from the city centre.”
In addition to being distributed at trade fairs the brochure will be mailed, free of charge, to organisations who request it. It is also available in PDF format on the ECB's website, www.ecb.ee.
The Estonian Convention Bureau is a non-profit organisation established jointly by public and private sector bodies. It was established in March 2008 in order to attract international conventions to Estonia. The bureau's 24 members include the cities of Tallinn and Tartu, the national carrier Estonian Air, and a number of DMCs, PCOs and hotels.
