MEET ESTONIA 2012 FAM-TRIP 18.-20.April
is a hosted meeting planner programm including site inspections, networking events, workshop with key suppliers. The event is organised by the Estonian Convention Bureau and Enterprise Estonia, Estonian Tourist Board to give you an opportunity to experience Estonia as a meeting destination, to feel and smell the country, to meet key suppliers.
Who are invited?
Meeting planners from all over Europe who organize trips for 100 participants or more and are not yet familiar with Estonia as a meeting destination.
There will be different programs for PCOs and associations and for those who are involved in incentives and conferences both set up in the program.
Costs
The costs (flights, accommodation, meals and program) will be covered by organizers.
Programme
Information about the programme, post tours and terms and conditions of the event will be published in January 2012.
Applying
If you are interested to attend, please fill in the registration form at your earliest convenience. The registration deadline is 1.February 2012. Your registration will be approved or declined by the organisers after the deadline.
