Kaleva Travel AS, founded in 1991, is one of the biggest travel agencies in Estonia and offers a complete range of services in the business travel and leisure travel sectors. We operate in three cities in Estonia: Tallinn, Tartu and Pärnu.
Today Kaleva Travel employs 64 people. The staff is highly experienced and professionally well trained. All employees can speak at least 3 languages. It is possible to communicate in Estonian, English, German, Russian, Finnish, and Swedish.
Kaleva Travel AS is a privately owned company. The main shareholder of Kaleva Travel is Kaleva Travel Group - the largest independent business travel agency in Finland.

We provide assistance to companies and enterprises planning a meeting in Estonia or considering the possibility of incentive travel in Estonia. Along with conventional travel services Kaleva Travel offers professional conference organising services, operating on the market as a PCO (Professional Conference Organiser).
When integrated conference and seminar services are commissioned from Kaleva Travel we take care of the entire organisational and technical aspects of your event, shielding you from time-consuming and often nerve-wrecking dealings with a number of service providers. This allows you to save your time, money and your nerves, and gives you an opportunity to focus on the content of the event.
We offer a full range of conference services, starting from budgeting and the selection of conference venues to putting together leisure and social programmes for delegates and their partners. However, we can also provide any of these services separately, on an individual basis.

Kaleva Travel offers a full range of conference services:

• Assistance in budgeting and complying with the budget approved by the customer
• Preparing the action plan and timetable for the conference
• Venue selection and reservation
• Delegate registration
• Designing of conference materials: publications, banners, souvenirs etc
• Technical facilities, translation services and translation equipment
• Hotel accommodation, catering and transport for participants
• Delegate travel management (air, ferry, train tickets)
• Secretarial services
• Relaxing conference breaks
• Gala receptions with an entertainment programme
