Tallinn Airport renamed after Estonia’s revered president
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the birth of Estonia’s first president after the country regained its independence, Tallinn Airport was officially renamed Lennart Meri Airport on March 29. At a festive ceremony, a bas-relief by sculptor Mare Mikof and a panel by Peeter Laurits were unveiled.
