account, Swissôtel Tallinn Estonia will send you quarterly
statements showing your account balance and detailing
all deposits and withdrawals from your account.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Valid on all new, non-commissionable bookings and may
not be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• This programme applies to all events with minimum
Banqueting revenue of 10,000 EEK.
• Book it, Bank It is applicable to meetings and events held
in any of our meeting rooms and private dining rooms.
Luncheons and dinners for groups of 10 persons or
more held in Café Swiss and/or Horisont Restaurant
& Bar will also be taken into consideration.
• Charges for AV equipment and services from third
parties will be deducted from the total invoice before
the credit is established.
• Redemption is subject to availability.
• Funds in your company’s account are non-transferable
and may only be redeemed by the same company that
held the original meeting.
• Account funds are valid for six months from the date
of the original event.
