If your philosophy is that life all about the journey, this is the tour for you. It starts with a trip down the old, curvy Tartu-Võru postal road, in use since the 14th century as part of the connection between Tartu and Pskov. The road still retains its historic atmosphere thanks to renovated taverns, and also shares a connection with the Estonian Road Museum, where you’ll learn all about the historical development of roads in general. We also visit Setomaa, home to a unique ethnic and linguistic group, the Setos, whose culture emerged from a blend of East and West. A visit to a typical Seto farm will give you a glimpse of their traditions and cuisine.
