LIVIKO DISTILLERY factory tour
Liviko Distillery factory tour offers an exclusive opportunity to see Liviko’s working production, historical buildings and recently opened interactive museum. Guests can participate in tasting or beverage training in the most modern Estonian barmen training class conducted by our experienced sommeliers and barmen. This is a rare opportunity to visit production and see how beverages are made from the selection of raw materials to bottling. In order to offer a more exciting experience, the factory is visited during production. The tour is carried out by our guides in Estonian, Russian or English.
During the tour in the 120-year-old Liviko factory, guests are shown how a contemporary production company combines modern technology with knowledge and experience passed on from generation to generation, from master to master. The factory tour shows the different stages of production – from making the mash to bottling and labelling the products. During the tour, the guests are shown the Liviko lab, where compliance of the raw materials as well as products with the highest quality requirements are checked. All this in the historic buildings in the heart of Tallinn.
Liviko’s interactive museum focuses on the beloved Estonian product Vana Tallinn, legendary Viru Valge vodka and Crafters – a gin gaining popularity on export markets. The interactive museum features solutions developed especially for Liviko, which give an exciting overview of the components of Vana Tallinn, allow testing your voice range and creative musical capabilities. The concept of the interactive museum was created by the employees of Liviko and the idea was materialised by KOKO architects.
