New Hotel Opens in Tallinn City Centre in 2020

The construction works on L´Embitu 4* Superior hotel, the long-planned sister hotel of L´Ermitage, are now fully underway and the building will be completed in August 2020. The seven-floor hotel with a green courtyard will have a total of 125 rooms, incl. double bed standard rooms, superior class rooms and suites. Many rooms will have balconies and some will have sun terraces. The beds will also be suitable for everyone, being as wide as 200 cm and as long as 210 cm. Guests will be able to book most of the rooms with one wide bed (king size) or with two separate beds (twin).

The hotel’s ground floor will have a spacious and fashionable lobby area, a Wine&Tapas bar, a meeting room, and a spa and relaxation centre with a pool, a Japanese style bath and saunas.

The upper floors (2-6) will house hotel rooms and the top floors (6-7) will have ROOF restaurant with its spacious terrace, along with a modern conference and event centre. Both the conference centre and the restaurant will have seating for up to 160 visitors. The courtyard, accessible from Lembitu Street, will have a green area and be designated for parking.

Lembitu is an ancient folk hero and regarded as an uncrowned king of Estonians; his name means “beloved” in old Estonian. Therefore, L´Embitu is ideally suited as an iconic name for a luxury hotel in Tallinn City Centre.

The building has been designed by Raivo Kotov and Olga Batuhtina from KOKO Architects. The hotel’s interior designers are Tanja Jakobson and Natalia Kotljarova.

L´Embitu 4* Superior will be located at Lembitu 12. The hotel will be administrated by Hotel L´Ermitage OÜ, which is 100% based on Estonian capital.
