Carmen Catering Becomes Newest Estonian Convention Bureau´s Member

The Estonian Convention Bureau has expanded once again, this time proudly welcoming the nation’s top event caterer, Carmen Catering, into the fold. The addition brings the total number of ECB members to 31.

Established in 1997, Carmen has long since made a name for itself as the nation’s go-to caterer for events both large and small. The company’s extensive portfolio includes everything from weddings, birthday parties and kindergarten graduations to gala receptions for heads of state.

One of Carmen Catering’s defining achievements came in 2017, when it was chosen as the official caterer for Estonia’s EU Presidency. Rising to the task, Carmen successfully served up meals to between 300 and 1,000 guests, five days a week, for four months solid. The job also included large, presidency-related conferences such as the Digisummit Estonia, where the company catered to 2,500 guests.

With a staff of over 70, Carmen Catering is well known among Estonian event organisers for its ability to accommodate groups of just about any size. Conveniently, the company itself is located in one of Estonia’s largest event centres, the Saku Suurhall arena, and has deep experience working in all of the major conference venues. These include unique spots such as the Tallinn Creative Hub, the Estonia Concert Hall, the Seaplane Harbour and others.

Carmen Catering is a part of Carmen Grupp, a family business owned by Argo Koppa and Relika Tiik-Koppa.
